Slow-cooked roast lab with suet makes a great family meal, collect the leftover fat to make our beautiful curry liver pate.

Yields1 Serving
 4 kg Lamb Roast
 20 g fresh garlic
 30 g Fresh Rosemary
 40 g Freeze Dried Beef Suet

Add lamb to slow-cooker and add fresh rosemary, garlic and suet onto the roast

Slow cook for 11hrs on a low setting and enjoy
