I really liked this product the convenience of the powder to add to a meal for great flavour or a snack such as with boiled eggs or avocado salt and olive oil Perfect flavour enhancer It is perfect for my life style I do a lot of boating and camping I keep the products cool but don’t refrigerate and they last So great to have a super food that is so versatile And I generally feel like I am enhanced by this product.

Luckily I don’t suffer from hayfever, but I do have sinus issues sometimes, which I am glad to say, they have been very good while consuming the capsules.
